Brimbank City Council | Street Tree Infill Program 2009
The City of Brimbank is situated approximately 20 kilometres north west of Melbourne CBD and encompasses an area of 123 square kilometres. The city is divided into four (4) districts that total 25 suburbs/localities.
Council is seeking to substantially improve the appearance of local neighbourhoods through a street tree infill program. It is anticipated that this program will extend over a ten-year period and comprise of 17,000 to 20,000 new street tree plantings in areas where existing tree stocks are limited or have been depleted.
