Established in 2010 in partnership with the North Melbourne Football Club, the  Scanlon Foundation and the Australian Multicultural Foundation, The Huddle works  to support young people from the cities of Melbourne and Wyndham with a view to  building more socially inclusive communities.

Since inception, The Huddle has supported over 50,000 young people through sport and education programs.

The Huddle takes an innovative approach to strengthen social inclusion and has seen firsthand the passion and commitment of individuals, families, volunteers and organisations to strengthen self-esteem and belief, share knowledge and experiences for our youth to learn, grow and belong with their community.

In 2016, Citywide proudly became The Huddle’s newest corporate partner and is excited to be partnering with them in supporting young people in the cities of Melbourne and Wyndham and joining them on the journey to enhance social inclusion.  For more information about The Huddle visit

FareShare rescues surplus, quality food from supermarkets, farmers and other businesses and cooks and distributes free, nutritious meals to feed thousands of disadvantaged Victorians who have fallen on hard times.

FareShare cooks 25,000 nutritious meals a week for Victorian charities – such as soup vans, homeless shelters, food banks and school breakfast programs.

‘Rescuing’ food, which would otherwise be wasted and end up in landfill, FareShare also helps to cut methane pollution and reduce the demand for new food products. Its mission to help Victoria’s disadvantaged and reduce food waste focusses on areas which Citywide and our customers are passionate about.

Citywide is proud to be an official supporter of FareShare and to work with the charity in tackling sustainability and hunger. Citywide supports FareShare utilising our industry skills and expertise in waste management, horticulture and irrigation so they can concentrate on what they do best – cooking delicious meals for those who need them most.
