As for the future, Jim believes the potential for Citywide is limitless. He believes the growth achieved over the past 10 years is merely a precursor to bigger and better things in the future. “The business has now firmly established a strong base to grow. In coming years, this will enable us to move into other activities within our market and other markets “.

Jim sees the continued use of technology to support our service delivery through knowledge capture and effective management of customer details will not only enhance the customer experience but lead to increase loyalty, greater retention and new business development opportunities.

He is excited about the future for Citywide and is proud that he is able to play such an instrumental role in its growth.
