Infrastructure paving the way towards regional success

by Citywide | 25.08.2011
Citywide’s Vic Regional Infrastructure teams have had another major win to kick off the 2011 financial year. This time they received news that their three year VicRoads Routine Maintenance contract for the Colac-Otway Shire has been re-won for an additional seven years.

Providing roads maintenance services along the Great Ocean Road, Port Campbell and Colac, the Citywide team have faced monumental challenges from mother nature throughout the preceding 3 years, with floods, storms and landslides an all too common occurrence.

In the face of adversity, Citywide Team Leader Paul Morrissey and his team, have held strong during these times and have happily achieved amazing outcomes under such difficult and trying circumstances.

“We were really glad with the additional seven years work. It’s testimony to their efforts and it’s recognition from VicRoads of the good work we are able to provide. The opportunity to work in one of Victoria’s most picturesque regions for a client like VicRoads is pure gold. We love the challenges and we love the job,” said Paul.
