To find and apply for a position with Citywide, please visit Current Opportunities.

We will send you an acknowledgement email once we have received your application.

Our Human Resources team will then review your submitted application for suitability against the criteria for the position. If your skills and experience match those of what we’re looking for, you’ll be contacted to arrange for an interview.

At all times during the recruitment process you’ll be kept up to date on your progress via email or phone. Our Human Resources team will advise you of the appropriate steps in the process and also inform you if you have been unsuccessful in progressing at any stage.

Our recruitment process involves the following:
  • Behavioural based interviewing
  • Employment reference checking with two professional referees
  • Depending on the role, some candidates will be requested to complete psychometric testing through our assessment providers
  • Depending on the role, some candidates will be requested to complete driving assessments through our assessment providers

Applicants may also be required to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment.
