Occupational Health & Safety Systems (OH&S)

Citywide has focused on the development of a strong company-wide safety culture with demonstrable results. Our delivery teams regularly break lost time injury targets and records, and the company lost time injury rate (LTIFR) is below industry averages. Success has been largely due to the commitment of our personnel who have undertaken a lot of work in promoting a safe and healthy workplace, providing early reporting of injuries and ensuring suitable duties to injured workers and return to work plans which have reduced our workcover premium considerably.
