Citywide is committed to continuously improving its systems and processes to the benefit of all stakeholders. To achieve this Citywide undertakes regular management reviews of the suitability and effectiveness of its systems, contract reviews with its clients, internal audits of quality, safety and environment processes, and engage external auditors to undertake an independent audit of the effectiveness of our systems.

Citywide is ISO-9001-2000 certified. Key elements of the ISO certification process include: a management review, a requirement for continuous improvement, idea refinements and documentation of work procedures.
