At Citywide, the health and wellbeing of our teammates, our customers and the communities whom we serve and the environments in which we work are our highest priority.

With the COVID-19 situation continuing to escalate, we are at an advanced stage of pandemic planning in line with advice provided by federal and state government health authorities.

We have for some time been active in developing a controlled, measured response to ensure essential civic services, including waste and recycling collections, are maintained to support our customers and our host communities.

We have been active in providing general health and wellness advice to our people, explaining basic measures everyone can take to manage and minimise risks, including practicing good hygiene at work and outside of work.

Minimising disruption to our customers and the communities is of critical importance for us, second only to the well-being and safety of our people, our customers and the communities we serve.

We are currently fully operational and all of our services remain unaffected. However, should the time come that the pandemic escalates so as to impact our resourcing level, we will continue to work closely with our customers to identify and prioritise essential services – the community requires that of us.
